Tickets & Entry

Tickets are available exclusively through Eventbrite. You can purchase them directly on this website by clicking the "Get Tickets" button, or through our Eventbrite event page.

Yes. SYNC Festival is a 19+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required at the door. No exceptions will be made.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available unless the event is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full through Eventbrite.

This is a limited capacity event. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance. Door sales may be available if capacity allows, but are not guaranteed.

Venue & Access

SYNC 2026 takes place at Festival Plaza, Windsor, Ontario. Full address and directions are available on the Venue page.

Gates open at 4:00 PM on both days. The event runs until midnight. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues at the entrance.

Yes, Festival Plaza is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us at info@sync-fest.com ahead of the event so we can ensure the best possible experience.

Limited parking is available near the venue. We strongly encourage the use of public transit, rideshare, or designated drop-off zones. Full parking and transit information will be published closer to the event date.

On the Day

Bring your ticket (digital or printed), valid photo ID, and any personal items you may need. We recommend comfortable footwear and dressing for the weather. A small bag is fine. Empty Reusable Water Bottles and Camel Packs are allowed.

The following items are not permitted: outside alcohol and food, professional cameras or recording equipment without previous consent, laser pointers, flares, weapons of any kind, or any items deemed unsafe by security. All bags are subject to search on entry.

Yes. A selection of food vendors and a licensed bar will be on site.

Re-entry will not be allowed.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, all registered ticket holders will be contacted via the email address used at purchase. Updates will also be posted on this website and our social media channels.
